176. slander will be the sickness of the barren world.

177. men will cast off propriety,

178. champions of Great Lords will go,

179. evil men will sustain, there will be many slanderous Kings and Lords.

180. disgrace will be the share and wet weather will endure.

181. chariots will be destroyed upon the plain.

182. warriors will be consumed on the Plain of Niall.

183. there will not be one excellent man,

184. warriors will battle at the burials,

185. every poem will be silliness,

186. every falsehood will be chosen,

187. every evil act will increase the appearance of pride and arrogance so that neither rank, nor age, nor innocence, nor gold, nor poetry, nor instruction will be generated.

188. Every artful person will be limited.

189. each King will become a bit of a pauper,

190. free men will be condemned to the woods, the low born will be silenced, the roads to the settlements will be closed.

191. Lords will be usurped by the evil fires of the men with the black spears.

192. belief will be extinguished,

193. Offerings of great knowledge will not be made,

194. foundations will be gone under (by evil doers),⁴⁶

195. letters will not be at the cell,

196. teachers fires will be examined,

197. teachers will suffer the destruction of their equipment,

198. the bloom of hospitality will be destroyed,

199. false judgements will fall,

200. every question will perish,

201. greed over jewels will bring conflict on the road; darkness, greed and stinginess will be victorious and bring erosion to the beings of the world.

202. The people of the world will seek refuge from the ruin of poverty caused by greed and stinginess.

203. There will be divisions in art over the years.⁴⁷

204. The reciting of the laws of science will be forgotten,⁴⁸

205. Everyone imposes their own boundaries,

206. A host of strangers bring treachery upon the strongholds and roads so there is no (safe) harbor from their thirst.

207. Cry's of pain are the teachers, brother betrays brother.

208. Everyone will mock his companions at eating together and drinking together, there will not be innocence or soul in that place.⁴⁹

209. Everyone will watch the plundering of others from his own land,

210. Usurpers will profit from each other in the storm of darkness.

211. Teachers of the people will forget their position.

212. Music is the sounds of ducks.⁵⁰

213. Warriors whistle among the cells and clerks.

214. False judgement is manifested in the teaching.

215. Nobility will impose its principles on sacred teaching.

216. Iniquity among the servants will bring discord,⁵¹

217. Every mating will be (considered) adultery.

218. Children of the commoners will learn great pride and willfulness. ⁵²

219. Great stinginess, inhospitality and poverty among the landholders brings foolish dark poetry.

220. Harlots⁵³ will learn embroidery so that clothes will be without luster.
